Great Sales Team!!! Pohanka was great! My sales professional was friendly and professional and he was extremely knowledgeable about the cars. He listened to what I needed Pohanka was great! My sales professional was friendly and professional and he was extremely knowledgeable about the cars. He listened to what I needed and wanted and he put me in a car that had it all, for less than I intended to spend initially. He worked hard to get me the best possible price too. He was also very down-to-Earth, which was nice as well. The other sales people also appeared to be really engaged with their customers too. The reception staff is terrible, however. They sat and watched me wander around but never asked if I needed anything. I had to come back to provide something to the finance department the next day but I couldn't find anyone from that department. Reception staff (again) watched me circle the salesroom twice before I walked over and asked them for help. But even though they were less than stellar, Allan was amazing and I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai. More
