Buying experience My granddaughter works at a restaurant in Ocean City. Before she could work in the main dining room she had to pass a 500 question test on every item My granddaughter works at a restaurant in Ocean City. Before she could work in the main dining room she had to pass a 500 question test on every item on the menu;what were the ingredients, how it was prepared, what options the customer had, etc., etc. I think that concept would work well in your environment as well. Knowing your products in every detail would enhance the customers buying experience greatly. I am not unhappy with the experience but it could have been better. More
