Shortly after our arrival we were approached by Clark who was very disarming and relaxed, which immediately put us at ease. He answered all of our questions and took a great deal of time with us to make sure that this was the right vehicle for us. He did not pressure us and was extremely patient during the entire transaction. I particularly dislike negotiating price and have frequently left dealerships when I feel like I'm being played. Clark was very straight forward in his negotiation of price and did not waste a lot of our time getting to a number that we felt was very fair. He gained our trust early in the process and that carried through to the final deal. Clark should be praised for his calm demeanor, his knowledge, and his patience.
