Chevrolet Pohanka dealership sells LEMONS and don’t care how it effects their customers. Watch out!!! Do your homework before purchasing…My engine light came on the same day my car was delivered . I contacted them and was told to take it to the BMW dealership. I have now been back and forth to the BMW dealership 6 times trying to get this overpriced 2021 vehicle fixed. The only thing Chevrolet Pohanka has to say about it, is “it’s under warranty take it to the BMW.” Anyone with a halfway customer service department would have offered to take it back the first day the light started coming on. Chevrolet Pohanka don’t want anything to do with it Well, maybe it’s about time people will start feeling the same about you More

On 2/19/22, we went to Pohanka Chevrolet (dealer) with a Canadian 2007 Volvo XC90 for trade-in. I bought a 2022 Tahoe, and was able to negotiate down some of the MSRP mark-up. On 2/25, the business manager at Dealer, Michael Chinn, called us to tell us that there was an issue with the Title of our trade-in. After several emails and phone calls, the General manager, Steve Hoggle, contacted me personally. Steve was very reasonable, and investigated the issue. Steve was able to ease any misunderstandings, and resolve the issue to our satisfaction. So, if you're looking for a new car, I strongly recommend Steve Hoggle and Pohanka Chevrolet. Pohanka Chevrolet has cars ON THE LOT, where other car dealersjips have to order your car and make you wait. More
