On March 10, 2022 I took possession of a 2022 Colorado from Pohanka Chevrolet. On March 11, 2022 I backed out of my driveway in my new truck, put it in drive, took off and there was a significant slipping from Pohanka Chevrolet. On March 11, 2022 I backed out of my driveway in my new truck, put it in drive, took off and there was a significant slipping of the transmission when shifting between 1st and 2nd gear. I took the truck back to Pohanka and was assured by Pohanka and General Motors they wanted to correct the problem. That lasted about a week. Pohanka waved a "bulletin" from GM that stated the slipping transmission was a normal operation of the vehicle and neither Pohanka or GM would do anything to correct it. Fast forward to Aug 16, 2022. I took the truck in for the 5000 mile service and reiterated the slipping transmission. The service rep condescendingly said "we have been through this Mr. Parmly and it is a normal operation and we will do nothing to fix it". I disagreed with his assessment and he said "they all do it and what if we replaced the transmission and the new one did the same thing". I responded "then it is on GM to build a better transmission". He shrugged and dismissed me with not discussing it anymore. I have bought 2 Colorado's from Pohanka and was sad they would dismiss my concerns so offhandedly. I should have been told about this "bulletin" before the purchase, but was not. Be careful with this dealership and always check if there are any "bulletins" about your vehicle. More

Hello I purchase a used vehicle within the last 40 days, went to get vehicle state inspected (Maryland ) and the vehicle fail inspection due suspension problem. This is the first vehicle I have purchased from Pohanka. I was very impressed with their friendliness and the quick and smooth delivery of my new 22 Camaro ZL1. My husband & I drove up from N.
