They pushed things through quickly and our sales rep even followed me back to get a few signatures from my wife rather than make her drive to the dealership. There are a lot of "awful" car salesmen out there - and I dread going to the dealership looking for vehicles, because I do not have the patience to "play the game". Mark and Pohanka Chevrolet did a great job in processing our purchase of a chevy equinox. Mark took us on a test ride and it seemed that after we made the decision to purchase several things were going on our purchase of a chevy equinox. They provided the license plates and inspection saving us a trip to the DMV. THey did the credit check and set up the loan. Mark did an excellent job explaining all of the features of the Equinox and he set up the blue tooth. The reason we purchased the car from Phoanka was because it offered us the lowest price. These cars are very hard to get and we needed one right away and John - the USAA rep there reserved the car for us as soon as we called. Our daughter will now be driving the equinox to Nashville, TN.
