We very much appreciated how easy they made our experience of buying a new car. We liked it so much that we recommended it to my in-laws who also bought a brand new car from them the next day. So in NOVEMBER we bought a brand new 2023 Chevy Traverse and even got them a second sale in two days... And that's where the good experience ended... The morning after driving off the lot with our brand new Traverse we started noticing problems. The HVAC system and heated seats were not working properly. We called and texted our sales rep. to let him know and brought the vehicle back that afternoon. We had someone come out and take a look, the salesman assured me that I must "just have something wrong with my settings". After looking through all of my settings, and realizing that I'm not a complete and total moron, he admitted that there was indeed a problem. We then tried to get in touch with the service department to get the vehicle seen. After multiple unanswered phone calls, voicemails, and communication attempts my husband had to take the car and wait for over two hours until someone finally agreed to help us. Long story short, we were completely written off by our salesman, once the sale was done, he had washed his hands of us. The service department has been playing games with us for 3-months now. We still have NO fix on the heated seats, NO timeline on when it will be done, and NO compassion or compensation for having our time wasted. We've been engaged in a ping-pong match of them "fixing it" and sending it home with us to test out, and then inevitably bring back to the shop because it isn't fixed. They gave us a loaner vehicle so we could "test my car against a working vehicle" which means they aren't even doing the work of seeing if it's fixed, they are leaving that part to us. The fifth time I brought my car back for the same issue they damaged the door. The passenger door was scratched and scuffed all the way through the paint. They aren't even taking care of the vehicle while it's in their possession. My brand new car has now depreciated in value because the paint needed to be sanded down and redone. At this point, we were told that we would have a fix for the seats and get the car back "by the end of the week"... that was two weeks ago. I have emailed numerous times asking for an estimate on the fix and keep getting blown off with a vague response of "we're waiting on parts" but no actual timeline. We have spoken with the GM Rob Ferris multiple times and nothing has been done to help or remedy the situation. Long story long, I bought a brand new car in November of 2023, it's now mid-February 2024. I have been making payments on a car that isn't even in my possession because once you buy a car from Pohanka and they have your money, you're no longer valuable or a priority to them. I would give Pohanka zero stars if it were possible. More

Purchased a new Chevy Silverado from Pohanka, an overall Outstanding experience. Won Seo (Sales) and Stephen in their Business Operation section were extremely helpful, made the experience stress free, and Outstanding experience. Their service department is additionally outstanding (I've taken my other truck there before) and I appreciate the service hours after 5pm and on weekends. Will definitely keep taking my sales and service business to Pohanka based on the great service. More
The service advisor, Frank, was very helpful and he addressed a problem that had been ignored by another dealership. I was kind of nervous about buying a car, but I came in having a good idea of what I wanted. Alex and Mohammed made everything so easy and not stressful. They listened to what I wanted and helped me find that, without trying to upsell me or trick me into anything. They were super informative about all the processes and extras that are available. I am very happy because i definitely left with the right car, the right services and protections, and nothing BEYOND that. I would absolutely recommend friends and family to go here. More
I went to get an emissions on my Silverado at lunchtime on a Saturday. They were able to do it right away, and I didn’t wait more than an hour. I even got a free complimentary car wash.
