My recent ecperience with Pohanka Chevrole Chantilly and and especially with Sales Specialist Mark Califa was of the highest caliber. Through the partnership of Costco and Pohanka's Mark Califa, I would able to navigate the sometimes stressful experience of acquiring a new vehicle. Mr. Califa was courteous, respectful and extremely patient with a customer who is not knowlegeable of the process. My last vehicle purchase was ten years ago at Pohanka and I expecedt no less in customer satisfaction and service than I have experienced in the lasat ten years. I was not disappointed in that expectation. My thanks also to the gentleman who delivered my new Volt to my home address the next day. I believe his name was Anuj - he patiently and courteously made sure I understood the process to "power up Volt" in my garage. The salemen (Bailey, McVicar, and Marsden) all were friendly and knowledgable, but were INCREDIBLY pushy; too pushy; too "salesmanly". At the end of the day, I signed the deal and love the car. I think I could have gotten a better deal, but I was way too tired and I had not prayed sufficiently over this purchase. More
