There were many "trivial" details towards the end of the process where he could have walked off, but he did not. This aspect makes a great impression on the customer. Mr. Califa was courteous, respectful and extremely patient with a customer who is not knowlegeable of the process. My last vehicle purchase was ten years ago at Pohanka and I expecedt no less in customer satisfaction and service than I have experienced in the lasat ten years. I was not disappointed in that expectation. My thanks also to the gentleman who delivered my new Volt to my home address the next day. The salemen (Bailey, McVicar, and Marsden) all were friendly and knowledgable, but were INCREDIBLY pushy; too pushy; too "salesmanly". At the end of the day, I signed the deal and love the car. I think I could have gotten a better deal, but I was way too tired and I had not prayed sufficiently over this purchase. More
