All the people we dealt with were very professional and friendly. We had a knowledgeable salesman and received a good offer with our trade-in. Very happy with the deal and service. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Salesman was decent, but the sh*# storm started after the hands were shook. Finance guy was horrible. You could not understand him, put in hidden fees and was not truthful about the deal. Spent 5 hours to only get so beat down we agreed to keep signing so we could get home. Fast forward to 30 days later, temp tags are dead on 10/13, a Sunday, followed by a holiday. Call the dealership to find out they fired the finance guy and our deal had never been processed. They “had” to run our credit again and do the entire process again. The good news is they got us a better rate saving us $60 a month, gee thanks. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. My sales experience on my recent new truck purchase has been nothing but amazing, Thanks to Sachin and team. I was instantly greeted by Sachin on an impromptu stop at the dealership, after the latest chevy been nothing but amazing, Thanks to Sachin and team. I was instantly greeted by Sachin on an impromptu stop at the dealership, after the latest chevy marketing email caught my attention on the truck season promotions. I have been in touch with about 6 dealerships inquiring about the best price offers on Colorado truck and unfortunately most dealers around South and eastern part of Loudoun County are padding their price sheets with irrelevant dealer installed accessories etc. It all stopped here. Genuine price sheet from the manager and realistic after-sale F&I offerings that actually make truck ownership an stress-free one. I'm greeted, informed and convinced by Sachin with true advice on best truck that fits my family needs with car-seats etc, I went to choose Silverado instead of a Colorado and he got the rest of the work done. Trade-In values matched 100% and I could get advantage of all national rebates and incentives offered by Chevy during the truck season. In the end, I was able to focus on choosing the right car instead of other distractions like Trade-ins values, interest rates, incentives etc. As a bonus, I was informed about the ongoing GM card promotions by Sachin that helped me save a bit more on the total sale. Thank you for making my truck ownership a memorable one! More

Our experience with Pohanka started off as a great one. After shopping around for vehicles for a few weeks we found that Pohanka sales staff were kind, honest, and straight to the point. We very much appre After shopping around for vehicles for a few weeks we found that Pohanka sales staff were kind, honest, and straight to the point. We very much appreciated how easy they made our experience of buying a new car. We liked it so much that we recommended it to my in-laws who also bought a brand new car from them the next day. So in NOVEMBER we bought a brand new 2023 Chevy Traverse and even got them a second sale in two days... And that's where the good experience ended... The morning after driving off the lot with our brand new Traverse we started noticing problems. The HVAC system and heated seats were not working properly. We called and texted our sales rep. to let him know and brought the vehicle back that afternoon. We had someone come out and take a look, the salesman assured me that I must "just have something wrong with my settings". After looking through all of my settings, and realizing that I'm not a complete and total moron, he admitted that there was indeed a problem. We then tried to get in touch with the service department to get the vehicle seen. After multiple unanswered phone calls, voicemails, and communication attempts my husband had to take the car and wait for over two hours until someone finally agreed to help us. Long story short, we were completely written off by our salesman, once the sale was done, he had washed his hands of us. The service department has been playing games with us for 3-months now. We still have NO fix on the heated seats, NO timeline on when it will be done, and NO compassion or compensation for having our time wasted. We've been engaged in a ping-pong match of them "fixing it" and sending it home with us to test out, and then inevitably bring back to the shop because it isn't fixed. They gave us a loaner vehicle so we could "test my car against a working vehicle" which means they aren't even doing the work of seeing if it's fixed, they are leaving that part to us. The fifth time I brought my car back for the same issue they damaged the door. The passenger door was scratched and scuffed all the way through the paint. They aren't even taking care of the vehicle while it's in their possession. My brand new car has now depreciated in value because the paint needed to be sanded down and redone. At this point, we were told that we would have a fix for the seats and get the car back "by the end of the week"... that was two weeks ago. I have emailed numerous times asking for an estimate on the fix and keep getting blown off with a vague response of "we're waiting on parts" but no actual timeline. We have spoken with the GM Rob Ferris multiple times and nothing has been done to help or remedy the situation. Long story long, I bought a brand new car in November of 2023, it's now mid-February 2024. I have been making payments on a car that isn't even in my possession because once you buy a car from Pohanka and they have your money, you're no longer valuable or a priority to them. I would give Pohanka zero stars if it were possible. More
