Love me some Pohanka Acura I just got my 4th Acura from Pohanka and am very happy with the help I received from Phuong Davidson (703-652-3664). She is the bomb! She took care of me and worked hard to get me what I wanted. Super sweet, a hard worker, and real cares about the customer. I got my last new Acura from another Dealer in the DC area and was not as happy with the assistance I received. I got my first one at Pohanka in the early 2000s so I went back to Pohanks. They are also where I historically have had all my service done as well and that is also a great experience. I was also looking as going American with a Chevy Malibu (which Phuong also helped me with since they are part of the Pohanka family) but ultimately decided on Acura after owning 3 of them 2 TLs and a TSX. I got the TLX this time with the Tech package. The Business and Finance side of it was super fast and efficient. Usually you sit with the Finance guy for an 45-60 minutes. I was out in 30! Love that! Great experience overall. More

However, I have been to a lot more dealers, more than 20 to buy those 4 cars. Every single of them, I was exhausted to deal with those sales people in price and trade-in price. I was even getting a headache when I decided to get a new car because my CRV was getting old. However, the experience with Frank Ha was totally different. Actually, I was enjoying it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He first took care of my car's trade in value while we are checking out the new car. Usually, they do this last because they don't want to waste their time. However, he did it first even he was not sure if I am going to buy a new car or not. This made a big difference and it helped us to speed up the negotiation. So far it was my best buying experience. She greeted us with a friendly smile and quickly put us at ease. She asked what we were looking for and offered us a test drive of a new TLX. We completed the test drive and then informed Elizabeth that we weren't ready to purchase. She asked if she could stay in touch and we said that would be fine. She continued to contact us at least once a month for the next several months. We were finally ready in August and met with Elizabeth again and were able to close a deal on a new TLX. The process that evening took only a few hours. Everyone at the dealership were extremely friendly and helpful. This is the second new Acura we've purchased from Pohanka, and it won't be the last. I would certainly recommend Pohanka Acura to anyone looking for a new car! More
