We arrived earlier than expected but Yasir was very accommodating even though the dealership was not yet open. He was very personable and not at all pushy in his demeanor. He is outgoing and a pleasure to work with, which made our experience looking for a vehicle much more desirable than we had ever expected. Ask for Yasir when you go to Pohanka Acura, you will not be disappointed. More

However, 2 weeks and less than 200 miles after driving the 2011 Bmw with less than 33k miles, the check engine light came on. I contacted the dealership for advice. Even though the car has an extended warranty, it wouldn't cover the diagnostic fee. I didn't feel comfortable driving from Richmond to their service dept not knowing how serious the issue was, also not knowing if they could handle the issue, since they previously told me a service reminder could only be reset with a special tool only through BMW, when in actuality there were instructions in the manual on how to do it from the inside of the car. I was reminded how their 30 day warranty would only cover 50% towards the powertrain. I contacted the customer relations person in hopes of getting some type of resolution under the circumstances. I never heard back from that person, instead all responses came from the finance dept. Also during this time I made 3 contacts regarding the payoff of the vehicle traded and the registration of the newly purchased vehicle, I never received any calls back from the 3 different people of whom I was connected to their voice mail. The answers were finally and only received from the same contact with the finance dept when they responded back by email in regards to the mechanical issue with the car. I don't know if the experience would've been different if I purchased a brand new vehicle or their brand vehicle, but I definitely don't feel I received a high level of customer service after the sale. More

Hana listended to what we were looking for in our car. She was not too pushy and gave us information on the other brands of cars that we were potentially interested in so we could compare to the Acura. Our experience was better than at any of the other dealerships we visited that day. Hana helped us find our dream car! More

He took the time to explain my out-the-door price demands and finance options on 2016 and 2017 MDX's and RDX's. I ultimately opted to lease a new 2016 MDX based on Scott's recommendations. While I now have concerns about the new 9 speed transmission hesitations at low take off speeds, both he and Rick took the time to test the new vehicle on my return visits, and even had the maintenance shop foreman do a test drive with me. Bottom line is that the newer 9 speeds do not stack up with my previous 2004 and 2006 MDX's so I guess I'll just have to "relearn" driving this MDX 2016 and just forget about my earlier 0 - 40 MPH speedier models. On the road above 40 MPH, it's a dream car with lots of great technology. More
