Yong Kim met us and was extremely helpful not only in showing and explaining the RDX we were interested in but in searching for discounts we qualified for---and was more than happy the day after the sale was final to further explain features. Financing was straight forward but your approach to mainenance packages at the time of financing doesn't make them inviting. More
