Never lease from this dealership Tony Ramazani is a big liar. I leased a new car from acura and after a year I wanted something different. Tony Ramazani told me it's already been appraised 5 Times and I said I have only ordered 1 appraisal but I never got the print out. I asked them to print me a copy since I he said it's already done. They couldn't. The sales person couldn't find it In the system yet they told me it's been appraised. I asked them To redo it again he said the system is down. I asked them to show me the old appraisal they couldn't. Never lease a car from this dealership if you don't intend buying it after. More

Will not honor warranty My vehicle was brought 3 times to Pohanka Acura for a CV joint that is leaking a significant amount of grease. Each time the grease was cleaned off a My vehicle was brought 3 times to Pohanka Acura for a CV joint that is leaking a significant amount of grease. Each time the grease was cleaned off and I was told no problem found only oil residue. I brought it to a third party shop and received confirmation that the joint was bad and now needed replacement due to noise present when driving, because damage from grease loss. The service manager still denies warranty and wants to boast about their ratings....looking at these reviews I'm not the only one having issues. The sales process was great, but lack of integrity from the service department and directly from the service manager, makes me reconsider ever doing business with Pohanka again. More
