My brother, who knows more about cars than I do, spoke with Ms. Kim via email before we decided to see the vehicle. It was a big, scary purchase for us, and it was a big deal to get that kind of money together-- but Ms. Kim was very helpful and I was especially appreciative that she gave us time to ourselves so that we could talk about it and be really, really, REALLY sure we were ready to make the purchase. She also met us at the dealership on a Sunday morning (our only available time), and helped us make sure the purchase stayed in our budget. In the scheme of things, this was an inexpensive, high-mileage older car: a small sale. But Ms. Kim treated us with great respect, and we left feeling happy and confident that we put our kid in a great starter car. More
