I went to get an appraisal and they don't want to do it. They keep telling me to take it to CarMax. I said why can't you do it here? I leased the car from here. Tony Ramazani told me it's already been appraised 5 Times and I said I have only ordered 1 appraisal but I never got the print out. I asked them to print me a copy since I he said it's already done. They couldn't. The sales person couldn't find it In the system yet they told me it's been appraised. I asked them To redo it again he said the system is down. I asked them to show me the old appraisal they couldn't. Never lease a car from this dealership if you don't intend buying it after. More
