He is one of their Sales Consultants. We had a great buying experience with Faran Fayaz, as our salesman. He was very friendly and very professional. He took his time and made sure all of our questions were answered and/or addressed throughout the buying process. He was also very thorough. We decided to buy a new RDX. When we asked to see many different colors of vehicles, he just accommodated our request and friendly explained the plus and cons of each color. After the test drive, I felt very comfortable since he didn't push hard which I really appreciate. Since I should leave early, I asked him to email me a quote and he did within couple hours. His quote was very competitive and I didn't need to look further. The next day I purchased a new MDX with no hassle. The whole process is 3 times less than my previous car purchase experience at other dealership. Yong is just awesome. If you'd like to buy Acura, just go see him. More

Mr. Fayaz has excellent people skills, is a true professional and is a font of knowledge about the range of Acura models. It was a busy day while I was in the dealership but I never felt rushed to make a decision or pressured to go for more than I had intended. I went to Pohanka in order to replace my 17-year-old Acura so I was already “sold” on the quality of the product. There's three Acura dealerships within 25 miles of my home. MUCH IMPROVED SERVICE Updating my review to three stars for thr service department. They charged us an additional $700 to fix a leaking backline for the AC. Said technicians overlooked the issue when we took our car there the first time. AC's working well now. Service Dept technicians were helpful and fixed one more minor problem without extra charge. Their manager Lenny Gonzales emailed me promptly after my first review to resolve the matter. Overall, a much better experience. Will keep everyone informed about my future experience. ----ORIGINAL REVIEW---- AC REPAIR BAD WORK We took our 2005 Acura MDX there to get our AC fixed. They charged us $1700 and the AC worked fine for six weeks. Yesterday it died. We're taking it back to see if they will resolve the issue without asking for more money. Very disappointing from a dealership that calls itself premium. More
