I had the worst experience, taxes and other charges were added to the end of the contract that was not agreed upon. they took advantage of me been with my wife and toddler that was so tired after 5 hours added to the end of the contract that was not agreed upon. they took advantage of me been with my wife and toddler that was so tired after 5 hours of the deal. I had the BEST experience with Josh Ruiz in the Service Department. From my initial phone call to check if a loaner vehicle would be available, working through the maintenance codes / services needed, dete Department. From my initial phone call to check if a loaner vehicle would be available, working through the maintenance codes / services needed, determining options to replace tires, going the extra mile to reserve the parts for a recall item, applying a service discount, to picking up my (freshly washed) car, Josh was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I called my spouse to confirm something from prior maintenance, and Josh was considerate in talking to both of us. When I picked up my car, he remembered that I had mentioned an upcoming road trip, which confirmed to me that he viewed me as an individual, not just the next job in line. I expected getting car service was going to be a painful experience, but Josh really made it pleasant. The next time I need service, I will be sure to ask for Josh Ruiz by name. More

One year after purchasing a used 2020 MDX, we decided to upgrade to the newer 2024 MDX. Of course we went back to Yong Kim, as he has been such a great support over the past year.
