He made it very pleasant to buy our new Acura TLX V6 AWD this week (11/2018). Joseph is very professional, personable, knowledgeable, flexible, creative, patient and articulate. He also has a good sense of humor. We looked at Acura, Honda, Toyota and Lexus before deciding on the TLX as a replacement for my wife's 2000 TL which was also purchased at Pohanka. We really liked the Honda products especially the Accord but it was not as comfortable as the Acura. Pohanka had the model we wanted in the exterior and interior colors we wanted. The Android Auto, phone charge pad, seat comfort including the driver's seat extension and many other features helped make our decision. I highly recommend Joseph and the folks at Pohanka who have made this buying experience stress free, pleasant and fun. We spent time with Alex and Ray during the acquisition process who added positively to the experience. More

Wonderful shopping experience with Asad Ali I went in expecting to just get some information on Acura ASpec 2019 with no jntention of buying the car that night. It was 8:30 pm when we arrived at the dealership and Mr. Ali was getting ready to leave. When he saw us walking, he decided to stay and help us out. Mr.Ali took the time to give me all of my options and was nevery pushy. He found the best deal and I ended up buying the car on spot and I LOVE that I was able to afford it. Post transaction, Mr. Ali spent a lot of time with us in the car and made sure we understood how everything worked despite the fact that it was almost midnight. Their department closes at 9 but him, Mr. Philip, and Saye stayed after to make sure we were happy and satisfied and got the vehicle of our choice.
