I called my spouse to confirm something from prior maintenance, and Josh was considerate in talking to both of us. When I picked up my car, he remembered that I had mentioned an upcoming road trip, which confirmed to me that he viewed me as an individual, not just the next job in line. I expected getting car service was going to be a painful experience, but Josh really made it pleasant. The next time I need service, I will be sure to ask for Josh Ruiz by name. More
