Good experience overall! I think Mr. Kim has given a pretty good deal for our 2020 RDX. He did not pressure us into the deal and he waited patiently for us while we did our ho I think Mr. Kim has given a pretty good deal for our 2020 RDX. He did not pressure us into the deal and he waited patiently for us while we did our homework i.e., shop for other cars or deals etc. He doesn't have the usual aggressive or passive aggressive sales tactics that usually push more 'informed' buyers off. So, we felt comfortable interacting with Mr. Kim. He usually responds pretty quickly over the email or text and calls you back when available. Highly recommended! More

Defective & a Liability: Technical and Non-Technical Issues Have spent multiple visits for technical & (non-technical issues). Sensors completely replaced, a frozen screen, unresponsive maps and other mechanical issues. Also, major problem with Apple Software-had to re-set 3 different times due to Car Play defect. Was told to wait for Software update. Still pending resolution for the non-technical issues, for a NEW car purchase there are lemon liabilities which have not yet been resolved. Salesman stopped responding to me after sale. Gm reached out but no solution yet. More
