For the last decade we have bought 3 RDXs from Pohanka despite having moved three hours from their location. This week we had the pleasure of meeting and working with Yong Kim, who is the finest car salesman with whom we have done business— and we have known some very good people at this dealership. Mr. Kim is professional, thorough, and a great listener. He took the time to understand what we hoped to achieve, helped us understand the newest RDX and its features, and when we purchased the car, made sure we understood how those features would impact our drive home. Sales manager Joey O’Bryhim was terrific and Ray Morton handled the finance matters with his always pleasant and informative style. He answers questions quickly and honestly. They are 5 star, the only reason I gave 4 because they took a little bit long to get loan approval and paperwork despite of having great credit score. They mentioned about some computer issues. Also they took a little bit longer than expected to release a car because of cleaning and detailing, I thought they could expedite things as I was already in process of getting paperwork done. But the service I got at the end, I can disregard the issues. I'll go again to buy another new car in future. More
