My husband saw online that Pohanka Acura had the exact model and colors of the 2022 MDX that we wanted, so he called Yong Kim the same day to set up an appointment. Yong was very accommodating with the la model and colors of the 2022 MDX that we wanted, so he called Yong Kim the same day to set up an appointment. Yong was very accommodating with the last minute request and "saved" the car so that we could test drive it upon arrival. He was very easy to speak to and was very personable. We even talked about our kids and summer vacations and virtual learning. We hadn't bought a new car in over 15 years (that's how long our previous Acuras have lasted us) and Yong guided us honestly and informatively. He got us a great deal on the new MDX, (even in the middle of the 2022 MDX demand) and pushed for a higher offer for the trade-in of our 2005 MDX. After settling the financing, he stayed us to go over all the safety features of the new car and took our pictures for us. We are extremely happy with Yong and will come back to him when it's time to trade in our 2006 Acura TL. In addition to Yong, everyone we spoke with at Pohanka was super friendly. The lot was extremely busy and car buying can be a long and exhausting process, but my husband and I noticed that the day went by fast due to how pleasant everyone was, and how streamlined the process was.
