When I went in to Pohanka Acura in Chantilly, VA I was blown away by how friendly and accommodating all the staff were. I had gone to other dealerships around the northern Virginia area and the prices were not nearly as good as Pohanka's. I bought a new 2010 TSX and am loving it! They worked to get me a good deal on the price and gave me what I wanted inside the car. It has the best gas mileage out of any car I have owned before and drives smooth and safely, not to mention it's a sport luxury car and looks great! I worked with Josh and he took his time and gave plenty of his patience with me when I could not decide which color car I wanted and what features I planned on getting with my car. If you want a good experience then ask for Josh. Pohanka has the best quality cars around and the best prices hands down. More

This was by far my best experience in buying a car and I have bought a number of cars and motorcycles over the course of my life. It is a good car but I bought from Pohanka Acura because of the sales person, the people he introduced me to and overall experience. My sales person was Omar Omland. Omar was very straight forward and willing to work with me. He was very professional and friendly. He ask all the right question and was never pushy but tried to progress the sale which I can respect. He answered all my questions and actually addressed a number of areas that I never thought about. He was extremely genuine and seemed to look at my interest and not just selling a car to make a sale. I run a sales team and wish I had a dozen of Omar's on my team. To be candid, I was looking at a couple of different vehicles including the Audi Q7. The service that I received from Pohanka Acura far exceed the other dealerships and that is the reason I bought from them. I even had a friends/family certificate for the Audi which made the cars comparable in price. I didn't go in that direction for one reason and that is the service that I received from Omar and the folks at Pohanka Acura. More

Recently I purchased a used Acura RL from Pohanka Chantilly. Two weeks later there seemed to be developing an occasional slight pulsing in the steering wheel. It came and went, hard to detect. Mark Wolf, Pohanka's Master Technician, and I took it for a test drive. Neither he nor I could detect anything out of order. An hour later Mark called me and said, “Allan, after you left, I went and drove another 2008 RL and I am not completely satisfied that everything is perfect with your car. Please bring it in at your convenience. I would like to drive it again.” Jayson McCullough the service consultant called me the next day to say that Mark was not satisfied and had ordered some parts. Over the next two days Jayson called to provide updates; Mark still was not satisfied, additional parts were on order. The solution finally came when Jayson called to say the parts had not completely resolved Mark’s concern. “We then put four wheels from a new RL on your car and drove it. The problem was gone. We then put your wheels on the new RL and the new car displayed the subtle but discernable behavior that was bothering Mark.” “Allan,” Jayson said, “It is the sidewall of the tires. We at Pohanka know that you bought a used car but we want your purchase to be 100 percent correct. We’ve ordered four new tires and there is no charge. You may pick up the car tomorrow.” Absolutely incredible! I can't say enough about the dealership and the empowerment of their people to make decisions and deliver exceptional service. I cannot imagine an automotive dealer anywhere in the country coming close to Pohanka's commitment and delivery of service. As Mark said, “We want your car to be perfect.” And perfect it is! More
