Mr. Price goes above and beyond helping my husband and I get the optimum service required on our 2005 Acura MDX and at the best price. Chris always takes the time to explain the service requirements and the associated costs. He describes the service options in detail, how they will be performed, and estimated completion time. Chris works with us to decide what services can wait and which ones need our immediate attention. For this act alone we will remain Pohanka customers. I have always referred customers to Pohanka Acura and will continue to do so. If I can ever convince my husband to purchase a new vehicle, it will be from Pohanka. Recently I purchased a used Acura RL from Pohanka Chantilly. Two weeks later there seemed to be developing an occasional slight pulsing in the steering wheel. It came and went, hard to detect. Mark Wolf, Pohanka's Master Technician, and I took it for a test drive. Neither he nor I could detect anything out of order. An hour later Mark called me and said, “Allan, after you left, I went and drove another 2008 RL and I am not completely satisfied that everything is perfect with your car. Please bring it in at your convenience. I would like to drive it again.” Jayson McCullough the service consultant called me the next day to say that Mark was not satisfied and had ordered some parts. Over the next two days Jayson called to provide updates; Mark still was not satisfied, additional parts were on order. The solution finally came when Jayson called to say the parts had not completely resolved Mark’s concern. “We then put four wheels from a new RL on your car and drove it. The problem was gone. We then put your wheels on the new RL and the new car displayed the subtle but discernable behavior that was bothering Mark.” “Allan,” Jayson said, “It is the sidewall of the tires. We at Pohanka know that you bought a used car but we want your purchase to be 100 percent correct. We’ve ordered four new tires and there is no charge. You may pick up the car tomorrow.” Absolutely incredible! I can't say enough about the dealership and the empowerment of their people to make decisions and deliver exceptional service. I cannot imagine an automotive dealer anywhere in the country coming close to Pohanka's commitment and delivery of service. As Mark said, “We want your car to be perfect.” And perfect it is! More

We have now purchased two cars from Pohanka Acura in the last 3 months, a new 2010 TL and and a CPO 2007 RDX. The salesperson gave us all the details needed to make an informed decision without any sales pressure. He gave us options and helped build the pro/con list for the options. I felt like he really represented us and our interests. The sales manager made us feel as though we got the very best deal possible by giving us all the price information. Nowhere along the timeline was there any high pressure to buy. The cars are awesome, the people in the finance department are exceptional, the parts guy has what we need, the sales people seem to work well together. After the sale Oscar spent a great deal of time setting up the vehicle with my wife's preferences and he gave her an orientation to all of the advanced systems (Navigation, cell integration, ipod integration, XM set up, etc.). We traveled over an hour to get to the dealership. It was well worth the trip. If you want an auto purchasing experience without drama then call John or Oscar. More
After a very negative, very traumatizing experience at Karen Radley Acura in Woodbridge, I came back to Kumi who has sold me 2 other cars (one in 2006 and one in 2008). He always welcomes us back in that familiar way that lets you know he remembers you. He's a very friendly person and has always treated us with a lot of class and warmth. I came into Pohanka Acura in order to buy 2 used cars. It was so difficult because what we wanted in used cars were so hard to find. Wrong color, lacking options, too many miles... I guess everybody comes here to buy Acuras of all kinds. Having just totaled my 2006 TL, I really wanted a replacement of equal or greater value. Kumi genuinely tried very hard to work with me with much consideration to my tastes and preferences. It was too hard to settle until he brought Lenny into the picture. We went back and forth and were presented with the option to purchase a 2010 TL at a very reasonable price. The price that he offered wasn't especially low, but it was such a good judgement on Lenny's part. I test drove it and this car had me at hello! I LOVE THIS CAR!!!!!! So we decided to buy the gorgeous, irresistable thing but the awesome customer service didn't end there. In order to get more business from us, their finance department negotiated a lower finance rate. I appreciate the effort that the entire staff took on behalf of EARNING our business. They weren't stuck up or pushy and I felt like I had a "human moment" with each of the gentlemen that helped me in my experience. I'm very happy about my purchase, and even went on to purchase additional service packages to prolongue the awesomeness that is my car. I would refer everybody I come in contact with to this dealership, specifically to Kumi, Lenny, and Mark because they've provided excellent service during my most recent purchase. The Acura line is also very high in demand and very reliable. My past experience with their service department has also been very pleasant in regards to service, professionalism, communication, quality, and everything in between. At the time, I was merely checking out Acura since I was originally considering Infinity and Lexus as well. Her positive energy made my experience so wonderfully pleasant and I'm so thankful that she was the one showing me the vehicle and all of its options. I was only there for a test drive and was not originally prepared to purchase a car that day since I was still not sure which make I wanted. However, after test-driving the vehicle and sitting down with Jennifer, I was convinced that I wanted the Acura RDX. Jennifer Kim is an amazing lady with a great personality who made my experience extremely memorable in the best way possible. I had a TSX I wanted to trade in for a new TL. Ryan helped me out and was wonderful! After test driving and learning about the features of the car, I was ready to make a deal and for the right price!
