Pohanka Acura

Had been shopping for a new TL for about a month. Contacted Pohanka via their internet/chat line and ended up buying from them. Got out the door with accessories we wanted at the price we originally targeted. Definitely worth the 2 1/2 hour trip up! Pohanka has about the only decent internet and chat service around. Most other dealers just want a number so their salespeople can hound you and see what kind of deal they can talk you into. With Pohanka, it was all in writing and clear, so all we had to do was get the car. We had pre-arranged financing (even though Pohanka had some awesome deals, too), so all we had to do was bring that paperwork and get the tags. Phuong was very nice and patiently showed us some of the features with the NAV system. Bart came by (on crutches) and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Everyone we met was very friendly. They are so busy on weekends, their office space could be larger but it's pretty nice. Big screen to show you where your car was in the service line (if you were there for that). Complimentary drinks, too. They definitely earn the #1 Acura dealer in the nation title! More

I researched Acura dealers in Washington area for a used Acura TSX for my son. I had bad experience just trying to call Radley Acura. We were looking for particular colors and Matt was very patient and showed us several cars until we found one that we wanted. Matt was very professional and accommodating during the buying process. When I first pulled on ton the lot I was greeted by a friendly salesmen with a smile. I also noticed the car I was intersted in was already in the front of the building cleaned and waiting to be test dro friendly salesmen with a smile. Matt at Pohanka Acura was OUTSTANDING!! I was pretty sure I wanted a pre-owned Acura but I didn't tell him this when I went in. He provided me all of the information I wanted and I never felt like he h sure I wanted a pre-owned Acura but I didn't tell him this when I went in. When I told him I wanted to look at pre-owned cars he readily pulled up the inventory he had and within a few minutes I was driving the car I really wanted and purchased. Again, I never felt pressured to buy "new" instead of "pre-owned". Great experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Pohanka and Matt specifically. More

I moved to Falls Church from Richmond a year ago and took my TL to Radley Acura for scheduled maintenance. Jeremy, the service adviser, tried to tell me I needed new brakes on my car and they'd cost around $ my TL to Radley Acura for scheduled maintenance. Jeremy, the service adviser, tried to tell me I needed new brakes on my car and they'd cost around $350. I declined as I had new brakes put on my car in Richmond just 6,000 miles before. He probably thought he could pull a fast one on me since I'm a middle aged female. I posted a negative review on this site but for some reason it's no longer visible. I now make the trip to Pohanka Acura and am very satisfied with the way I am treated and with the quality of service I receive. I highly recommend Pohanka Acura but suggest you stay away from Radley Acura unless you want to pay for repairs that you do not need. More
