I must say that I had a solid overall experience. The MDX was close to the price I was hoping for with the trim I was looking for. Phuong took her time to explain all the features in great detail and wa MDX was close to the price I was hoping for with the trim I was looking for. Phuong took her time to explain all the features in great detail and was very friendly. I never felt pressured and felt like there was no issue with any questions or deliberations. Andrew was the friendliest sale agent we have worked with. Prior to this, we have been shopping around with different dealerships, and none was as nice and professional as Andrew. My husband and I came in to look at the Acuras for myself since we are expecting our first child and I happen to drive a two-door vehicle. I was adamantly against Acuras, and not because I doubt their qualit since we are expecting our first child and I happen to drive a two-door vehicle. I was adamantly against Acuras, and not because I doubt their quality, but just because I am an avid German car lover. My husband and I bought him an MDX about a year ago and he has been very happy with it, so he was certain that I would be well suited with an Acura as well. About three weeks ago Ava gave us a test drive in a TSX, which was not up my alley at all. She, along with her manager, suggested the TL, but I was not in the mood to entertain the idea. Ava was ever so pleasant and sweet to deal with, and after we departed without purchasing anything, she did not hassle me with calls or emails (since I told her that I do not like that). It was a pleasure to finally come across a car sales person that was not pushy and obnoxious. After test driving about 3 or more other cars (German), my husband and I decided to take the trip back to Pohanka and see Ava to test drive the TL. Unlike my previous experiences elsewhere, she was very happy to see us and was very patient with the fact that I was still adamantly against Acura and was just going on a test drive. However, after test driving, and sitting in the car, and getting all the details out of the way, my husband and I were handed a deal we could not walk away from. Ava made this process ever so smooth and friendly, as well as welcoming. While I understand that some deals are only said to be "just for you", Ava really made us feel like it was just for us. The deal she presented us with, for the Acura, and for the trade in, and the APR rate, were all just what the "doctor ordered" and made this experience fantastic. I would strongly recommend seeing Ava if you prefer a salesperson that is not pushy and laid back and friendly. More
First of all, thanks goes to Pohanka dealer for hiring such a very genltleman, straightforward and frienldly salesperson. I purchased in the past 2 acuras( one is 2002 and another in 2010)from radley acu such a very genltleman, straightforward and frienldly salesperson. I purchased in the past 2 acuras( one is 2002 and another in 2010)from radley acura. Before I came to Pohanka, both my cousin and I were to purchase 2 new Mdxs from them. The salesperson dealing with us was as good as Fredrick Asiedu but what turned us off was the lack of care and consideration from the sales and finance management as they both never accomodated, listened and shown any willingness to come to terms with us in terms of matching your quotes. They also showed no trust and disbelieved in whatever we told them about what Pohanka was to offer us to purchase the said vehicles. Our salesman (Sajjat Bhatti ) was very sorry that he could not help us of the quote as it was out of his capacity. My wife and I were quickly shown the door. And we made up our mind not to purchase anything anymore from Radley Acura. We decided to come to pohanka only to meet at the door a radiant very amicable Fredrick who made us feel like a royal family. We sat down, and he eloquontly gave us an extensive descriptions of the MDX that we came to buy. Unfortunately, the one I previously called to purchase had a dent and not available any more but was offered a different color which i declined. He has left no stone unturned and made sure that I don't leave the dealership without being fully satisfied. Finally, he found the color that I wanted but with an entertainment package that I was not in need. Fredrick was so kind that he went the extra mile to sell this MDX with a price that I could not afford to turn down. He also offered us accessories at dealer cost. To make a story short, I was fortunate that Radley has sent me packing because I would never have had such a luck to purchase a car at a dealer and a salesperson that cherish not their dollar sign but their customers. Thank you Pohanka and thank you Fredrick and the sales manager who was also another reason why Pohanka will be my future dealer to buy a car. More

I have been a Pohanka customer for 10 years now. The price and service on the sales side of Pohanka Acura is always excellent and is reason enough to put them on your dealer short list. The basic areas of service are delivered efficiently. 1. Their hours of operation make it easy to get the car in. 2. The service loaners make any service beyond a basic oil-change very easy to fit it. There are always several cars to choose from - TSX, ZDX and RDX options arte almost always available. 3. The waiting room is on par with any luxury brand, with complementary drinks, snacks, high-speed internet and work areas all readily available. The work itself is a step above anything I have encountered at dealerships from Saab, Lexus, Chevy, Nissan, VW and Chrysler. This is the real brillance of Pohanka Acura. The service managers immediately recognize me and complete my car intake quickly. They do an excellent job of explaining what the service codes mean. They lay out the process and set my expectations for time to repair. They accuratly discuss the price and quickly assess if any part availability issues will cause delays. They deliver good news quickly and bad news (if there ever is any) immediately - they definitley understand that bad news does not get better with age. On numerous occassions Pohanka has gone above and beyond with repairs - covering a badly cracked nav system screen under warranty without any questions asked. When my brake rotors on a 2006 MDX warped in the 1st 10000 miles, they covered the repair under warranty without question. When the same rotors warped again 7000 miles later, they replaced the pads and rotors under warranty and without any questions. The lack of hassle and customer 1st approach is and has always been expectional. More
