Kudos to Yong Kim. He was great start to finish. He kept in touch with me over a period of about 2 weeks while I was deciding what car I wanted to lease. He was not pushy, only professional. Last month i was looking to purchase a 2010 Lexus IS250 because my previous car had died. I was literally on the way to Maryland to purchase a car, when Glenn from Pohanka sent me pictures of the same car, because my previous car had died. I decided to stop by on my way to Maryland and ended up leaving that day with a new car. This was my first time purchasing my own car, but Glenn and Ana were so helpful and patient with me. When i was getting ready to drive off the lot, Glenn regretfully informed me that there was only one set of keys, not 2 like he originally had thought. He promised to follow up with the prior owner to see if he could get me an extra key and spare me the $450 to get a duplicate made. Two weeks later he emailed me to let me know he had driven to the prior owner's house in Leesburg to pick up the second key, and he would have it waiting for me the receptionists desk. I can not say enough good things about my experience with Glenn at Pohanka Acura. Thank you Glenn for your patience. You definitely exceeded all expectations! More
