I went to Pohanka Acura over the Memorial Day weekend and bought an MDX. I loved it!!! Ana the finance manager was so nice and easy to work with... My experience with Pohanka Acura has been absolutely amazing!! I had recently purchased a car from another dealership that I was very unhappy with and felt like I was rushed into the sale. I started off by going to Pohankas website and used the "Online Chat" feature and was connected with Joseph Lackovic. I explained to him that I recently purchased a car (Chevy Sonic) that I have a lot of negative equity on and was interested in leasing a vehicle(TSX). After asking a few more questions he told me that hes going to work on some numbers and will contact me shortly. Within 15-20 minutes I recieved an email from Jospesh with the numbers and they were in my price range that I requested. He asked if I was available to come to the dealership and I definitely was so I went up there. I was greeted by someone at the door who directed me to Josephs desk. He introduced himself & we got to business. We test drove the TSX that I wanted and I loved it. After my car was appraised I was told I was upside down more than I originally thought, so Joey suggested a different car, that was a little bit cheaper than the TSX that I was originally interested in, which was the ILX. I absolutely fell in love with the ILX. I didn't even know much about the car before I was at the dealership but I am so glad that he showed me that car. I approved and said that ill go forward with the ILX and he really worked on the payments with me and answered every question I had. The entire process was very smooth & efficient and I couldnt have asked for a better experience at a dealership. Whenever my lease is up I will definitely be going back to Pohanka (& Joey if he is still there). And I will be referring Pohanka to all of my friends & family More

Overall the experience at Pohanka was very good. There was no sales pressure or financing pressure. It compares well with the luxury car buying experience, but I would not consider it being at the highest was no sales pressure or financing pressure. We drove in and was met by our sales rep at the parking lot. There were a few reps standing and our rep separated from them and was there to meet us. So I don't know if it was his turn or that he choose to be of service. He was courteous, although his initial assistance was quite lukewarm as he took us inside, showed us some vehicles and options and took us on a test drive. After the test drive, when we came back in and asked for a good price, he asked if we were going to buy today, and when we said yes, his demeanor changed. So that was a bit off putting. We also had a trade-in. The initial quote for the Acura ILX was quite competitive, but the trade-in offer was quite low. However, after a couple of rounds, we were given a price that was palatable. The bargaining process was quite pleasant - no gimmicks like the usual car buying experience. We did not have to wait too long for the sales rep to consult with his manager. The financing experience was also quite painless. We were given the options for the extended warranties and other packages. No pressure, just decide yourself. We went in around 3:30 and were out by 7. I'd recommend buying an Acura from this delearship More
