It was no contest to work with Yong Kim at Pohanka Acura - other dealerships were not as responsive or not as helpful. The RDX I wanted was still in transit, arriving later in the week. He worked with me to make a sales appointment that was convenient for me that weekend, and said he’d have the car ready and waiting for me. Yong Kim greeted us right away when we arrived at the dealership and was extremely friendly. The RDX did not disappoint – he had it prepped and waiting for us right out front of the dealership. He took us for a test drive and explained all of the many features of the car. He then guided us through all of the paperwork, explaining everything along the way. After the sale was complete, he took the time to customize the RDX features for me, like programming the seat settings, pairing my phone with the car, adding favorite radio stations, etc. I never felt rushed during my purchase, and felt very valued as a customer. Yong Kim is a very honest and straight-forward sales representative. Even though there was little MDX supply and cars were selling before they could get them, Yong got us in a brand new MDX that had just arrived that morning and we were out of the dealership in just a few hours. The financing team at Pohanka also didn’t try to push a bunch of extras on us and gave us as much rollover credit on our lease and service from our prior car as possible.
