Adam was very helpful when trying to find the right car. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and didnt force me into buying something i didnt want (like most places do) Overall I had a great experience at Pohanka Acura and I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone I know! Phillip “Flip” Carleton was a no pressure salesman who immediately made us feel comfortable. He went above and beyond to ensure that we got the exact vehicle that we wanted. If you walk in to Pohanka, look for Flip- you will enjoy your sales experience. Sales Manager, Francis Mendiola was phenomenal. He ensured our business transaction was done right, and followed through to make sure we were happy customers- even days after the sale. If you need to service your vehicle, Adam Stauffer and Kyle Caudle in the service department are top notch. They did an outstanding job helping me out and should be complemented for their hard work. All of these employees made my Pohanka experience a great one! More

Thank you, Linda I had been on the hunt for a specific TL for almost two weeks. I visited Brown's Manassas Subaru, Koon's in Tyson's, and Karen Radley Acura in Woodbr I had been on the hunt for a specific TL for almost two weeks. I visited Brown's Manassas Subaru, Koon's in Tyson's, and Karen Radley Acura in Woodbridge. All of them had subpar customer service and left much to be desired. (Especially noteworthy is the arrogant finance manager at Karen Radley, but that's another review.) I came to the lot on a Sunday afternoon after an online search yielded a TLX (I was at the point of settling) was available. Upon arriving, I saw the advertised TLX had 30-day tags on it. Unfortunately, it was sold earlier in the day and the website had not yet been updated. Linda spotted me on the lot just as I was turning to get back in my car. I told her the situation and she stated that had just received two TLs in that had not been cleaned but were going to be put up for sale. Linda suggested that I give them a chance. I hesitantly agreed to test drive both vehicles. And I am SO GLAD that I did. I fell in love with one of them and purchased that day. Linda explained the features of the car and even mentioned her personal experiences with the brand. When it came time to talk stats and price, Linda and her sales manager offered a very fair price and didn't try to sell me ridiculous extras that I did not need. They provided CarFax reports of both cars and allowed me the time to look over them and ask questions. Overall, Linda was GREAT! (Ray, the Finance Manager, was very professional and made it easy to complete the transaction, as I was paying in "cash".) (I only dropped their overall rating down due to the time I had to wait for my car: purchased Sunday, promised Tuesday, and wasn't ready to pick up until Saturday.) More

The Service Manager for the dealership contacted me when he found out what happened and I am 100% satisfied with the resolution. In fact, Drake went above and beyond. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and was contemplating a third when this happened. I had serious doubts until this conversation and now they are gone. So the point is, if you have a bad experience with the front line person, give the system a chance before you get angry and talk to the Customer Service Manager about it. You might just be surprised.
