I have replaced my tires with Pohanka, all 4 tires and paid for balance and alignment. Drove the car off to find out it is vibrating like crazy (it was not before I replaced my tires) and I took it back t paid for balance and alignment. Drove the car off to find out it is vibrating like crazy (it was not before I replaced my tires) and I took it back to them, and they told me that the rooters need to be fixed and I kept telling them that it was not vibrating before changing the tires? I took it back again to them to find out that one of the tires is bad and they have to replace it; they got the manufacture to pay for the tire since it is bac, but they want me to pay for the labor to replace it? How would you pay for something that you have already paid for. Do yourself a favor and check a second opinion before doing any maintenance with Pohanka! Fifi Hassan More
