I will give these clowns a ZERO if I could. Purchased a new MDX last year and they sold me a maintenance warranty and assured me that any Acura dealer or "authorized' service center will honor the mainten new MDX last year and they sold me a maintenance warranty and assured me that any Acura dealer or "authorized' service center will honor the maintenance. Absolute lie!! not only the local Acura dealer refused to honor the service agreement but also the maintenance company did know how to where to refer me. So i paid out of pocket for the scheduled service. I called the finance person at the dealer, his name is Jahid and he told me to send him the recipe and i will be fully refunded. again, another lie, they only refunded me partially and he to this date has refused to answer why the partial refund. So I cancelled the contract last September, again, they prorated it! I emailed Jahid on Jan 6th asked him about the "pro-rated" refund. He replied that the cancellation processed and refund send to Acura Financial. Called Acura this morning and they informed me that no refund have been issued as of 2-2-22. save yourself the headache of dealing with this unethical, utterly unprofessional and galactically stupid organization. More
