Top Notch Sales, Service and Finance for my 2015 Acura MDX I purchased my first MDX a little over 4 years ago from Pohanka and have always loved the service and attention to detail that they provide. I took my car in about two weeks ago for routine service and decided to look at the 2015 MDX while there. Yong Kim was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly and just a pleasure to work with. After working with Yong and Ray Morton the finance manager to reach the desired price I wanted, along with a trade-in value I felt was fair I decided to purchase the new 2015 MDX a few days later. WOW is all I can say. Love the car! What I loved even more was the thoughtful follow up from Yong who was never over-bearing yet attentive to the details. It was a busy Labor day weekend for them, but Yong never rushed us and allowed for my husband and I to take another test drive just to make sure. He knew the vehicle I was eyeing up and "hid" the keys from his colleagues to make sure that it was available for me when I got there which I loved. Ray was also helpful and made the back-end finance discussions easier and less intimidating. Both were fantastic and I would recommend them both to everyone. Our sales person was knowledgeable and supportive when we purchased the vehicle, but the service didn't stop there. Now having the car for five months, Philip Carleton, our Sales Associate, remained committed to us as his customer, when we noticed a manufacturer repair issue. We called him and he was able to connect us with the service team as well as provide us with a loaner car overnight, due to the inconvenience. I have owned three BMW's and was never provided a loaner car or had the process run this smooth. Our salesperson, Phillip's professionalism and commitment to us as customers reinforced our overall satisfaction with the Pohanka Acura experience.
