Great service with no pressure! We had the pleasure of working with Yong Kim and Frank Ha for sales and Ray Morton for financing. We went in just to test drive and loved the fact tha We had the pleasure of working with Yong Kim and Frank Ha for sales and Ray Morton for financing. We went in just to test drive and loved the fact that they had what we were looking for but did not feel the pressure to buy. Yong took us out, broke down the pricing, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Frank helped out with the paperwork and their awesome teamwork expedited the process despite the obvious overload of customers. Ray also answered all our finance questions and again did not try to up-sale us on anything we didn't want. On a side note, we brought our Aunt and Uncle and they also ended up buying a car. We tried negotiating a buy one, get one for half price, but I guess cars don't sell like shoes:) Overall, our experience was very satisfying and we highly recommend Pohanka. More

Mr. Praml was the salesman who contacted us. We found him to be very forthright and convincing in a gentle way. We were impressed that he gave us a written price through the Internet, without us even asking. We especially liked this. We found there are a number of car dealers who will not give a written price. The salesman was quite forthright, applied no pressure and was very patient when we visited him and took the test ride. However, we found that Acura TLX has a ride that is too sporty for us. We were looking for more of a soft smooth feel of the road. Only for that reason were we unable to purchase the Acura even though we were impressed with its quality and especially the price. More
