Flip sent us pictures of the car we were interested in and got us a great price. He also drove the car to our house - an hour away - sight unseen - to make sure it was what we wanted. We filled out all of the paperwork at home, and the car he delivered to us was in excellent condition. Love my new TLX I just purchased a new TLX from Pohanka Acura and I love my new car. I traded in my TL that i bought from them awhile back and though I loved that car I just purchased a new TLX from Pohanka Acura and I love my new car. Ryan Cartee was my sales person and he was very nice and new a lot about the car. Also, I dealt with Joey O'Bryhim and finance and he made sure the process wasn't too stressful. Great Car Buying Experience We just bought 2015 MDX last weekend and it was a great buying experience. I was working with Rick Praml and he is really great to work with. I requested the quote over the phone and he sent me the price within an hour, which was the best price in this area. When we met him at the dealer, he gave us a list of MDXs with different color combinations and luckily we found the one with exact exterior and interior color we wanted. After a test drive and going over some other details, I shook hands with him and we were introduced to Ray Morton. We thought the interest offered by Acura was a bit high and told him that we could do better from our bank. It didn't take that long for him to check the rates and got the loan from our bank. We spent little more time than we expected because we were late for our appointment and there were a lot of people at the dealer. It was packed on Saturday afternoon! Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Rick, Ray and Pohanka Acura to anyone. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I had a terrific experience purchasing my 2015 AWD RDX from Adam Edwards. I did most of my negotiations online and also visited a couple of dealerships in the area to test drive. Adam provided excellent service! He made the process easy and fun. He was nice, knowledgeable, professional, honest, and most importantly not pushy. I felt no pressure to buy a car but I believe I received such a great deal I just could not pass on it! They definitely gave me the best price in the area. Holiday season was busy but Adam was very patient and went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and thoroughly explained all of the features of the car. The financing process was quick and painless. Everything was explained in detail but I did not feel any pressure to purchase anything. I was in an out of there in no time! Great Experience!! Terrific salesperson - responsive and fast! Purchased a 2015 RDX from Linda this weekend. In a word, she's terrific. I visited 6 dealers in 2 states considering this purchase and she was by far the best. Why? 1) Low pressure - checked in via email and phone, but with "remember me" messaging and not pushy language 2) Fast - "read" body language on test drive day and knew patience was waning when I walked in. Asked the right questions and gave me a quick highlights tour and took me out for a drive. On purchase day, she had my final color choices out front to look at, and had the car prepped while I signed paperwork so I was able to walk out the door after paying w/o a wait 3) Professional - You can tell she's been a top seller in past careers. Made a personal connection fast w/o being intrusive. Never asked if someone else (spouse or SO) would be involved in the decision, which I heard from at least 2 salespeople at other dealerships. 4) Price - Felt like she was on my side to get a great price. Yes, we had some back and forth with "the manager" for price approval, but it was all very direct in person and via email. Only made two trips to the dealership. One for the test drive and one to pick up the car. All in, less than 3 hours. More

He worked with us whether or not we were going to get one. The second my wife and I walked in to Pohanka Acura, we were greeted with a smile right away by him . He was genuinely friendly and comfortable to work with. He was no where near pushy, but more helpful and telling us all possible options/scenarios for the RDX we were looking at. After deciding on one used RDX, he came back to us with an option for a much lower interest rate on a brand new RDX that was not much more expensive. We picked the one we wanted but then it turned out they didn't have it in stock...then this happened maybe 2 more times. After finding out we could have the brand new one for not much more, we were set on it and certain colors. He showed us around the lot and showed all options of other colors (exterior and interior). Even if they didn't have what we originally wanted he was able to quickly turn it around with a smile. Aside from being friendly, he was also very knowledgeable and able to tell us all the information and answer any question we had. All around, Moses was very friendly and knowledgable. Same thing goes for Ray Morton, who we worked with on the financial aspect. He was very friendly, humorous, and knowledgable when explaining all warranty and protection options. Although only got certain warranty/protection options, the fact that he went through each thoroughly was great. Other cars I've purchased in the past just quickly go through it and try to sell it; Ray didn't force it on us but gave great detailed reccomendations on what he thinks would be good, but at the same time respected our decisions. All in all, we had a great car purchasing experience at Pohanka Acura. More
