He was very patient and gave me many options to choose from. After I test drove the RDX the first time, I left and emailed Joey with some other questions. He was very prompt on his emails back, and gave me some great information. Also, when I asked about some other RDX's, he gave me a list of other options, and did not just try to sell me the one I had test driven earlier that day. When I returned I ended up purchasing one of the other options he suggested post test drive. I would definitely recommend Joey Lankovic at Pohanka Acura when you are looking for a new car. More

She's always talked about the excellent service she receives, so when it was time for me to get a new car, I went with the new ILX. We negotiated everything over the phone so the transaction was as quick as could be possible in buying 2 new cars the same day! Frank Ha was real helpful and facilitated the sale, even threw in a cargo net when I asked if that could be included. The ILX is very unique with the dual-clutch 8-speed transmission, it always wants to be below 2K RPM so you do have to step on it to accelerate well, but the shifts are quite smooth thanks to the 2 clutches. The paddle shifting makes driving a lot sportier, as intended. Looking forward to the same great servicing that my wife has talked about for so long. More

Mr. Lackovic is extremely laid back, not pushy at all, and someone I would send my elderly parents to who typically stress when negotiating a vehicle. Ray Morton of the finance department was excellent as well; explained to me about the various warranties available, but never pressured me in purchasing the plans like others often do. In the end, I came prepared and we negotiated a very good deal on the '13 Cruze. Overall, a fantastic experience... well worth the drive and visit to Pohanka! Purchase of 2015 TLX Over 12 years ago, we purchased our first Acura --- a 2003 3.2 TL --- and within six months we purchased our second Acura --- a 2003 MDX. Based on the Over 12 years ago, we purchased our first Acura --- a 2003 3.2 TL --- and within six months we purchased our second Acura --- a 2003 MDX. Based on the quality of both vehicles and the outstanding service we have consistently experienced, we decided to replace the TL as it had over 186,000 miles. We had several compelling Acura products to choose from ... TLX, MDX, RLX. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Phillip "Flip" Carleton as we considered our choice of a new car. It was truly a pleasure to work with Flip in this process. Flip was truly a gentleman --- no uncomfortable sales pressure, very knowledgable, very accommodating to our questions and requests, and very patient. Over the course of two full days of investigating our options, Flip was always there to line up a test drive, answer questions, and negotiate our deal. It was clear to me that he was going above and beyond, staying late into the evening well past the scheduled closing time. Working with Flip made the experience enjoyable. In the next few years, the time will come when we need to replace our 2003 MDX. The highest praise I can think to give Mr. "Flip" Carleton is that we look forward to buying another Acura car from him and the Pohanka Acura team. More

I looked online and decided to go in and check out a few MDXs a Over the course of 13 years, I have purchased 4 Acuras at Pohanka Acura in Chantilly. I looked online and decided to go in and check out a few MDXs and knowing what I like and wanted in my vehicle, my decision didn't take long. I communicated via email with the salesman, Frank Ha several times and scheduled a time to stop by to test drive the vehicles of interest. Frank was great! He was genuine, knowledgable of the vehicle and made the test drive relaxing while explaining the details of the vehicle. I decided to purchase the 2015 MDX and enjoyed the devotion of Frank and love my new SUV. I've even contacted Frank since I've left the lot with my new MDX and he was stll eager to ensure my questions were answered about my vehicle. I really enjoyed working with Frank as I was confident he gave me the best deal he could for my trade in and purchase. Buying a car can be very stressful but if you have trust in your dealership, salesman and finance team, it should be a smooth transaction and at the end of the day, you'll love your purchase with no regret. More
