We returned two days later and bought the car. Ryan's sales approach was very low key. No pressure sales. We worked with Finance manger Ray Morton to get a loan. Ray was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through all the extra warranties being offered. We have bought many cars over the years. Great RDX, Bad experience buying Bought a 2016 RDX. Finance Manager, Raymond was terrible. My wife felt threatened by him when we declined the warranties he was trying to sell. Bought a 2016 RDX.
