I did my research on leasing offers and terms , I used the NADA app to value my trade,which is provided on the shop,click,drive app. satisfactory. When I submitted all my documentation Paog Chevrolet would not honor the first responder discounts. They said it expired on 03/31/21,it did not. Turbo failure on a 2017 Chevy Sonic Took my 2017 Chevy Sonic to this dealership due to the Turbo failing and causing major issues to the motor. The car is just out of Chevy warranty. I talked to the service department and asked if they would contact chevy about covering this premature failure of the turbo. They were no help was told if I wanted to contact chevy about this issue feel free they would not. So I contacted chevy myself and after days of not hearing anything and calling back all the time. FINALLY a call back just to get told being how this dealership had no record of me having my car serviced at there dealership there was nothing they could do for me. Way to treat your customers chevy your like a rock. My total bill after all repairs was $1926.00 paid my bill and went on my way only to make it 4 miles down the road YES 4 miles and the turbo failed again..... More
