My experience at Plaza Toyota on Nostrand Ave was all in all a wonderful one. All of the employees were very friendly and willing to work with me. Overrall rating is pretty good. The only disappointing part about it is the pricing. I got a good APR but the monthly payments are a bit high. I decided this was the one, signed all the papers needed to be signed, got a bank approval, got my plates, got my insurance, all the good stuff. They also made a deal to detail my car and install an active alarm. So, my car stood in the shop for THREE DAYS, and low and behold, THREE DAYS LATER, after thousands of phone calls, I was told by PAUL (stay away from him!) that my CAR WAS SOLD!!!!!! Thank goodness no money was lost in this unfortunate experience, but it was the worst experience ever!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! SPREAD THE WORD!! THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! THEY SEEM "NICE" BUT ARE RIPPING YOU OFF!!!! This place seriously needs to be shut-down! More
