While the prices were fair, and the salespeople were friendly, they were disorganized and my cash transaction took an inordinately long time and my initial paperwork was lost. I left my new car there f friendly, they were disorganized and my cash transaction took an inordinately long time and my initial paperwork was lost. I left my new car there for after-sale installations, and was not contacted for a day and a half and was given the run-around until finally someone called me back to give me the status of my car. There were items still not installed, however, I realize that parts had to be ordered. It remains to be seen whether I will actually get those items I paid for installed, so I am not ready to rate that as yet here. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and they were far better organized. No one seemed to know what the other party was doing and communication was very poor. Overall, I am happy with my car, but the initial salesperson I worked with was very young and inexperienced and couldn't answer many of my questions. I also felt that several of the packages offered online were not made available to me. For example, I had wanted the Sports trim of the Rav4 with the enhanced performance package but did not want the appearance package with the run flat tires. I was told that that was the only available configuration for the Sport version. I was also told initially that the red exterior did not come with gray interior. That, too, was not the case. Overall, the salesman tried to give me what I wanted but I am not sure that I couldn't have gotten exactly what I wanted from another dealer. This makes it very easy for a potential consumer to discuss related issues and come to decisions without any hastle or tension. I was able to go through the process armed with all the information I needed and therefore able to make the correct dicisions for my family and me. And I really thank the employees of this establishment for this. Normally, I am a nervous wreck when it comes to purchasing an item like a new car. However, in this case, I had no problem remaining calm as all my quyestions were answered and my mind set at ease, which in turn fostered clear thinking which I think is always required for the kind of transaction I was involved in. And I owe this to the employees at this establishment. I must make special mention of Andrew, the manager of the dealership. Apart from the fact that this gentleman is a great communicator, I find him to be a real people person who possesses a very courteous, helpful, gentle demeanor that is a dream to any confused, nervous consumer.
