Both Thomas and Al were extremely helpful. Thomas had sold my previous Toyota to me. Prior to purchase Thomas insisted we take a test drive. My wife loved the car as I did. WhenI came to pickup the car, Thomas explained all the details and suggested if I have any additional questions about details to contact him. The moment I stepped into the dealership, I was greeted and and immediately received help. As I was looking at different cars the sales person was helpful and informative but not pressuring which is a big and and immediately received help. As I was looking at different cars the sales person was helpful and informative but not pressuring which is a big plus for me when I'm car shopping. We were introduced to Sales managers and they were also very friendly and were quick to be sure we were getting the help we needed. Our sales man was quick to offer a test drive on the Camry we were looking at and when we decided to purchase it was very knowledgeable on the paperwork we needed to fill out and took care of the paperwork in a very timely fashion so that we weren't needlessly wasting our time standing around waiting for paperwork to be processed, which is again a big plus for me. The price was very acceptable and in what seemed like no time at all we were on our way, the proud owners of a new Toyota Camry!! In my opinion they aced your above criteria, and I will be returning to Plaza Toyota for my next car purchase. Thank you and keep up the good work! More
Overall my experience was great and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I gave quality of work a 5 based on the individual performance of the salesperson. However, from my obersvation I think there needs to be a better system. If a salesman is working with a client he should not also have to stop to attach plates to a car, take it to be detailed, take it to the gas station, etc. I am sure there are employees there that work under this capacity. The time that my salesman had to take out to attend to all the little things was time that could have been spent paying more attention to the needs of customers. More
