A disaster of service I had to take my car to this place because I needed Toyota authorized, not just any service, despite the fact that I had repeated negative experiences I had to take my car to this place because I needed Toyota authorized, not just any service, despite the fact that I had repeated negative experiences there. These are the most rude and unprofessional people. They were never on time, took almost 2 hours just to change oil. My car appears to have new scratches and there is no way I can prove it as they never assessed it from the very beginning for any old damages. In addition, the managers there seem to have quite opposing views on how business is handled, as they provided contradicting information making the customer confused and frustrated. More
Poor customer service. Paid $723.00 to have a remote starter installed and I have to figure out how to operate it. All I was told was to press button on the remote 3 times. A great place to get swindled I give Jay an A+....for his skills in ripping off unsuspecting customers. To be fair, Kelly Ann was awesome on the previous two visits and, for that r I give Jay an A+....for his skills in ripping off unsuspecting customers. To be fair, Kelly Ann was awesome on the previous two visits and, for that reason, I totally had my guard down and let my self get taken advantage of. Mind you, I came in for an oil change. Jay/Jimmy kept talking about getting back to me after the results of the "diagnosis". Bear in mind they charge 175 for a five-point inspection and somehow, for my $40 oil change, Jay was gonna hook me up with a free inspection????? I should've smelled something fishy right then and there. Sure enough, he calls me from the waiting room 45 minutes later and he starts to list all the "major" things wrong with the truck that would cost me well over $2k to fix. Again, with my guard completely down, I initially put my trust in the service person to tell me the truth. After I agreed to the fixes and went home, I realized the BS of it all. (for instance, a major leak in the cover gasket, when I never even saw any oil leaking off the truck?). By the time I called him to ask to cancel all the work, just a few hours later, he told me they were way too deep into it and couldn't really just stop. I never expect to get this money back but at least I can warn others about the swindling nature of at least some of the service people that work there. Again, Kelly Ann was great. But others there are just going to make things up to get your money. Oh yea, and the 750-dollar tune-up? The truck runs EXACTLY the same as it did before I went in and the m.p.g. may have even gone down. Thanks for nothing. PS I really also wish I came to yelp first, because google and dealerrater is rife with generic good reviews that basically say all the same thing. Having said that, it's a great place to go if you hate having too much money in your pocket because they're sure to help you out with that problem. More
