Customer Service: When I spoke with Luis Simeoli over the phone, he gave me accurate pricing as well as answering any questions that I had about the car. He followed up with several phone calls to help coordinate a good time to come in and answer any other questions about the car. Quality of Work: Top of the line. Luis Simeoli is the most hard working and honest salesman that I've ever met. He really knows everything about the vehicles in Toyota's stock. He is very detail oriented and wants you to know what's in the car you're buying. Friendliness: Super friendly! He is like your best friend. He is so helpful and has a positive attitude towards you. He tries to fight for you with the sales managers to get the best price on your car (while still keeping his commission at a reasonable rate). There is no shady salesman tactics with him. He's as honest and upfront as you can get. He made my buying experience a breeze. There is no other salesman like him out there, trust me, I've been to other dealerships in the NYC area, and those salesman couldn't discern their behinds from their elbows less likely tell you what car has what features. Also, most other dealers, usually in NJ, tend to be pricks towards the customers. I mean, come on, what ever happened to "the customer is always right" mentality? Luis Simeoli IS the living embodiment of that mantra. Overall Experience: Superb. It was the most easiest decision my wife and I have ever made. Luis Simeoli was as professional and kind and sincere as you can get. Don't get anyone else to help you purchase your dream car. The other salesmen at the lot are ok, but Luis seemed to hit the mark with us particularly. He is truly a cut above the rest. Price: Plaza Toyota gives you the most competitive pricing in the tri-state area, hands down. They know this, that's why it's so hard to talk them down in price, because they usually offer the best prices out there. Actually, they even knocked off the price of our car a little bit after some haggling. Keep in mind, they're a business, like any other, so they need to make a living also (even though most of their revenue, like any other dealer, comes from their repair shop). Bottom line is to treat them with the same respect and honesty that they show you, and they will really appreciate it to the point of being more open minded to bargaining over the price. Again, they're salesmen (but still human beings that need to bring home a paycheck to take care of themselves and their families), so do your homework and fight for the best price you are willing to pay. In the end, if you're not happy, just walk away. There will always be another "dream car" out there somewhere! More

The dealership is clean and the salesman was very informative. He worked with me through it all even when I wasn't quality for a new car due to my bad credit he found a certified used car for me that informative. I came in at about 9am with my out of comission Prius 2005, thinking I would either repair or trade it in. Decided to trade it in by about 10am. "Have you out of here in an hour or so. Service had fixed my car quickly and for a very reasonable price (better than my Mass. price for same problem a year ago). Paper work was a problem for the sales folks - I live in Mass. and q=wanted to register car there but after a few hours back and forth, they figured they couldn't sell it to me if I reg. it in Mass without me coming back at a later date and with i don't know what else. So I reg. it in NY as we have a apt. there. Then things went a little faster, but I left without the aerial being attached - and didn't find it in the car dash compartment as suggested. I agreed to pay $3000 on the new car (charged 12/12 on my credit card) but later realized it wasn't necessary so requested it be refunded. Still waiting for the refund to show up on my citi account when it should have been done the next morning. All in all they did a good job except for a timely return of $3000 and the the lack of an aerial (it was late by the time I left). Sales person helpful and easy to deal with, but not as informed as one would hope. Price and trade-in for my 2005 Prius seemed fair, esp. since I had not shopped around because of the need to make a fast decision. We were to have returned to Mass. the night before so were in a bit of a spot. Overall I gave the the dealeership a good rating, but staying with that will depend on how soon my $3000 is credited and whether or not my aerial arrives. They have a complete operations there and had I snot been in a rush and were a NY resident things would have been faster. More

Keith Butler is an excellent salesman. Everyone should go to him when looking at Plaza Toyota cars. He really works for you.He made me feel like I a family member.
