I had called before coming to make sure that the exactly car model was available on the lot, and we were told that it was. When we arrived in the showroom, there was nobody to help us for some time. Not only that, once someone did come by, we found out that Danielle, the person we spoke with on the phone, had "made a mistake" and there was no such car available. She was also unable to explain what had happened. Despite this great annoyance and inconvenience, I agreed to sit down and talk with Andrew. He made us a decent offer and we came to an agreement. From that point on, we had a good experience at Plaza Toyota due to his courtesy and customer service. He is a very skilled salesman and made us feel quite comfortable and happy with our decision to stay and conduct our business there. Eric helped us when we came back to get the car a few days later, and he was polite and helped us get in and out quickly. We came to the Toyota Plaza without strong idea to buy a new car (especially same day). We traded our old car; the paperwork went fast and was explained. They showed us everything we would need to know for the beginning. We are really happy we went by chance to that dealership! I would like to mention that they did not have a standard radio for the car in stock and offered me to come by next morning to get new radio installed. Next morning another salesperson - Anthony Thompson took me to the train station on his personal car to help me to get to work on time.
