Nana Sono was absolutely wonderful. He greeted my sister and I as soon as we walked through the door and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy before we left with our Honda- CRV. Mr. Sono was very friendly and I almost got the car I wanted. I had researched my car very carefully and knew exactly what features I wanted. Possibly, Mr. Sono could have been more careful in his processing of my request, but I now have to either go back to the dealership to get this item, or try to order it online. For the fact that I repeated to him many times during our deal that I wanted the tourneau cover in the cargo hold and did not in the end get it, prevents me from giving him straight 5 ratings. When you are very clear about what you want and instead of getting the thing you requested, you get many (entertaining) stories about salesmanship, you do not walk away from the sale totally happy. It also took 6 1/2 hours(!) to complete the sale and he never once offered us a snack or water. Another salesman even asked us if we wanted anything because we had been at the dealership all day, but Mr. Sono did not seem overly concerned with my or my young daughter's comfort. But he was honest about his price although other dealers probably would have added more accessories with the price we paid. Overall, if you want to do business here, shop around and go into the sale with your price set. And if you do a trade-in, do your research and figure out what your car is worth first and stick to your amount. I was offered $500 less than the car's worth, but Mr. Sono, very nicely, gave me back the $500 in the sale price. So I give the overall experience a 4.5. More

A few Years ago I bought a “problem” from Plaza Auto Mall and vowed never to return to this dealership because my efforts to have the issue resolved were met with a lot of rebuffs and scorn. I was even asked to pay for the repairs to the defective vehicle that I bought. However, as I was browsing on line, I saw a vehicle on the Plaza Auto Mall website and just filled out the inquiry form for laughs. It was my intention to schedule an appointment and never show up based on my experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the professional nature of the call from Mr. Jay Finisterre Contact Center Representative. He did not attempt to sell me any cars but listened to my horrible experience and asked me to reconsider shopping at Plaza Auto Mall. When I visited on Saturday June 30, 2012, I was met by Sales Manager Angelo Sciascia who took the time to listen to me before assigning Sales Representative Oscar Soto to me. Oscar’s patience and knowledge was exemplary. Throughout the process, Jay kept in contact with me via telephone. I left the dealership a very satisfied customer and have since called my friends and encouraged them to visit Plaza Auto Mall. My experience this time far exceeded the previous horrible one. Even though Jay Finisterre remained a voice on the phone,he along with Angelo and especially Oscar made my visit worthwhile. Kudos to the afore mentioned gentlemen. More
I went into this dealership to look and price and I a sales person who made me feel at home and who was able to have me drive out of this dealership in a new car after trading mine in.
