When I picked up my new 2013 Corolla LE he patiently showed me how to operate the radio, Bluetooth items, phone, etc. He listed all the extras (free maintenance service, etc). and even set up my first appointment in four months! I even got a phone call from the dealership while I was on the way home, and Greg told me to keep his phone # so that I could call with any problems. I felt no pressure to buy.
