Dear Customer, Having reviewed your case with the General Sales Manager in Toyota, he informed me that when you originally signed your agreement, you left the dealership happy. In fact, he tells me that you had even consulted a relative (I believe it was your brother. Forgive me if this is incorrect) and were satisfied with the whole experience when you left. I am told that you later returned to the dealership with a leasing price that was obtained elsewhere (possibly a leasing company) that was much lower than the price that you got from us. Leasing companies are occasionally able to offer lease payments that dealerships cannot match due to the fact that they purchase vehicles at a discounted rate because they purchase them in bulk. The GSM informs me that, as a token of good will, Plaza Toyota agreed to lower your monthly payment by $20-30 but could not, however, match the price that you had obtained elsewhere. As far as he was concerned, you had left the dealership satisfied. Therefore, he was surprised that you had left a review stating that you are so upset. I am sincerely sorry that you feel that you have been taken advantage of but I assure you that this is not the case. From what I am told, Plaza Toyota did agree to lower the payment as much as possible. I would love to discuss this more with you to see if there is anything else that we can possibly do for you. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal and I am always disappointed to hear whenever we fall short of that.
