Very good experence I has an appointment with the dealer on 9:30 am sat morning. Once when I walk in I was greet by their friendly staff Sunny. She help me on my selectio I has an appointment with the dealer on 9:30 am sat morning. Once when I walk in I was greet by their friendly staff Sunny. She help me on my selections and arrange a test drive right away. After we went back to the dealership she start use her professional knowledge to help me though the paperwork. I was out of the dealership's door by 1:00 pm with my brand new leasing Toyota Carmy. That 3 1/2 hours from start to finish and I will call it great service. More

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER DO NOT PURCHASE EXTENDED WARRANTEE I purchased a used vehicle in 2009 and was pressured into buying an extended warrantee since I got such a "great price." I was entitled to a 13% refun I purchased a used vehicle in 2009 and was pressured into buying an extended warrantee since I got such a "great price." I was entitled to a 13% refund on the unused portion upon selling the car. I have triedTHREE SEPARATE TIMES TO GET MY MONEY BACK but each time either the transaction wasn't processed or was entered incorrectly. The manager has yet to call me despite several requests. I currently lease a Toyota from there but will end the lease early just so this dealership doesn't get a penny more from me! More
