Damage from undiclosed accident This vehicle was represented as never having been in an accident. It was CLEARLY in an accident bad enough to rip out the splash shields under the eng This vehicle was represented as never having been in an accident. It was CLEARLY in an accident bad enough to rip out the splash shields under the engine, in one wheel well, and damage the splash shield in the other wheel well. The salesman, Aron Chervin, claims that because this does not appear on the carfax report, this damage does not exist. It most certainly does exist and will cost me over $1000.00 to have it fixed. Next Plaza Motors wants to claim that it can all be fixed on the cheap and that I am EXTORTING them for money. I have all of this in writing, as I have saved every email between my self and the salesman. If a car dealership takes a car as a trade in and does not inspect it, and even a cursory inspection would have revealed this damage to any self respecting mechanic, then they should not be licensed to sell cars in NY State. More
