Communication is key! Marie communicated with me excellently. However, the rest of the organization lost the customer and the service. Why should I have to call for complementary shuttle service in which I have to be transferred numerous times to schedule the pick up. I also had to call more than once to get the pickup. Then, after paying for services rendered it took another hour to get my car. No one ever communicated to me that there was a problem until Marie explained what happened. The final straws that added insult to injury: 1 my sticker on my windshield that deals with my tires and nothing to do with Toyota was removed; 2 the seat cover, foot mat and my service tag were crumpled up and left in my car on the seat like I was unworthy to have such removed and 3 I received this survey in my email before I even received my car. I have been calling your dealership since I left with my car and I am either getting voicemail or I was left on hold for over an hour waiting to speak to a manager. I'm thoroughly disgusted. More
