I was very annoyed because whoever called me and told me it was ready gave me wrong theinfo and I almost missed picking up my car.I would have had to wait till Monday!!!! More

No transparency about financial deal I was not told about my Financial deal till the last moment and then lured in to a very high APR. The agent Mr Dexter Thompson had excellent knowledge of car and very professional in his approach but financial manager was extremely pushy and did not give me more than one option. I have the car I wanted but at a with the extremely high cost. More

Gentleman first, Salesman second I wanted to window shop and price a few cars I was interested in . As we approached, it started to drizzle. There was no available parking so I rolled I wanted to window shop and price a few cars I was interested in . As we approached, it started to drizzle. There was no available parking so I rolled down the window and glanced around. A gentleman, with his lunch in his hands was darting in the door and when he saw me lower my window, asked if I needed help. I explained I wanted to look around but needed parking. He orifice himself, told me to wait for him, returned in about half a minute and walked in the rain to secure a spot for me. He then became my salesperson! Shahar was able to answer all my questions,especially those dealing with pros and cons of each vehicle, showed me various vehicles, and secure me a cup of coffee! I was able to drive off in my new purchase. He was extremely patient and I'd recommend him to anyone! More
