I've had long-term relationships with advisors since 2001 when I always had my 2001 Toyota serviced at Plaza. After they moved on, the last being Arnie Kravits, I had terrible experiences with inconsiderate, inarticulate, nasty advisers who were markedly unhelpful. ALAN MOK fulfilled his role perfectly and I dearly hope that he will be there when I come again in 3 months for further service. Because my recent experience was so negative I had been looking for a different place for service. Having experienced ALAN MOK, I will gladly and enthusiastically return for my next service appointment--but I only want to deal with him. More
Service is Usually Great, but Terrible today. I brought my car in for an inspection and for them to look at the front brakes since I felt some shimmering in the front on hard stops. I was welcomed and the car was taken in o the shop at about 8 AM on 10/23/15. About 30 minutes later I was called to the service adviser's office and told that there was a lot that needed to be done. We looked over the list and settled on what had to be done. I was told it should be ready in about 2 hours. I said I would wait which should be about 10:30 AM. Around 11:20 AM, after almost 3 hours of waiting, I went to the service adviser and asked about my car. He said it was done but he had to do the paper work. He showed it to me under a lot of other customer's paper work. After another 20 minutes (11:40 AM), I went back in and asked again. He said the same thing. I asked if he could do the paperwork of those people waiting for their cars versus those who were coming back at the end of the day. When the time reached noon, I asked one of the other adviser's where the manager's office was. I went to it and my service adviser, John, was in the manager's office. I did not want to talk to him in front of the manager. I have been coming to Plaza for many years with other cars also. Finally John left and the manager came out of his office. I explained the situation. He said John was new and needed his help to do the paperwork, but he was too busy to help him. So I had waited an hour for my bill to be done because of this. Then after I paid my bill it took another 20 minutes to have them bring my car up. And now the last issue. When I got in my car to drive away, I turned to put the paperwork on the passenger seat and there was a full cup of black coffee that was left on my middle console by the driver. Just as I turned, it fell on the console. I grabbed it and there was minimal spillage. I don't think your drivers should be bringing food or beverages into customer's cars. More

SALESMAN SKILLS AND ATTITUDE MR. ESPOSITO WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS IN PURCHASING A NEW CAR. I HAD INCONVENIENCES WITH ANOTHER SALESMAN FROM ANOTHER DEALER; THEN MR. ESPO MR.
